Will again

Will had school photos last week.  Unfortunately, he spilled chocolate milk all over himself at lunch BEFORE the photos.  So, we did our own little photo shoot at home.  We already bought those pictures so that should be interesting.  

He had his own ideas about how photos should be posed.  

And on Saturday he was 4/4 in his baseball game and had 3 RBIs.  His team won 7-3.  He is a really great baseball player when he's out there having fun and not worrying about being perfect.

Apple Picking

We made plans to go apple picking today and boy, were the kids excited.  So excited, in fact, that Kylie tiptoed into Mom and Dad's room at 5:30 to ask mom to get up and make blueberry muffins so the boys didn't know we were eating them.  

Will just loves a tradition and an outing, so he was up and raring to go shortly after that.  It was much faster picking this year, probably because the kids are bigger now and more focused on the job.  

There were many attempts at using the timer on the camera for a family photo.  Some members of the family used this opportunity to make various funny poses while others did not find this funny at all.  

We bought our apples, took a hay ride, ate our picnic lunch and got ice cream before heading home.

A
