1st lost tooth!

Will's wiggly tooth from vacation came out today!  We took advantage of the rainy, gray day and took naps to make up for vacation and the fair.  After nap time, his tooth was SO WIGGLY.  He asked Mom to wiggle it with a piece of gauze and BAM!  it popped out!

He yelled, "PUT IT BACK IN THERE!  IT'S BLEEDING!!'  but quickly recovered when he realized money might be involved.  When we went to the grocery store to get an ingredient for dinner, we got a celebration cake, too.

At the Fair

We sort of thought Will would forget about the fair while on vacation, but it was the first thing he asked as we pulled into Fredericksburg on Sunday evening.  So, we headed off to $3 Tuesday night at the fair with a whole bunch of our friends.  It's just so awesome and amazing what a community we have here.  We met up with 3 other families at the fair but ran into about 4 other families that we know and Will's Tball coach as well.

Plus, some animals.  Kylie was ALL ABOUT the animals.  She was very concerned about the pigs because she's seen Charlotte's Web.

Then off to the rides.

It was a little hard because many of the rides required an adult with Kylie because of her height and we didn't buy an adult tickets.  She was starting to get very upset about being told "no".  Ice cream to the rescue!

Oh, this kid.  He has become a bit of a game addict.  He tried to rip his tooth out last night so he'd have more money for games today.  He played (and won) 3 different carnival games.

Kylie won this squirt gun game.  Impressive considering she really only has one arm.

Saturday

Our last day at the beach was today and everyone was back together!  It was Uncle Joe's birthday so there was celebrating to be done.  Also, the sun came back!  Horray!  Will discovered the claw game down at the arcade and spent the morning checking cushions and the dryer for quarters and riding his bike back and forth to win these balls in the claw game.  I think he won 7 over all.  Then, he organized a game of dodge ball on the patio.

It was very wavy today,  making paddle boarding a challenge.  Some were up for it.

Daddy, Uncle Joe and Aunt Leah tried many, many, many times to get on the paddle board all together for a picture.  It was comical.

Meanwhile, we tried to get the grandkids together for a picture but some were missing.

What a great week!  Will did not want to leave.  Kylie is looking forward to her purple room and dollhouse.  I think she's had enough boys for a while.
